Kristy Valshan, Inc., an art licensing business, was founded in 2007 by entrepreneurs Jen Valshan Reed and Jeanine Kristy Baechtold. Jen and Jeanine separately managed successful web-based businesses such as ScrapDish (digital scrapbooking designs), RTech Solutions, Inc. (web and graphics design) and RAKScraps (an online community) prior to meeting in 2005. After working together on several projects, they quickly realized that joining their unique skills and strong business backgrounds was a perfect recipe for success. The two women sold their individual companies to actively promote and brand their stunning digital artwork under the Kristy Valshan art licensing label.
