Would you believe the Kristy Valshan blog has been in the works for the past three months? And when I say “in the works”, I mean actually sitting here fully installed and tested and ready to go. I even had a website design ready to go during this time as well. The release date just kept getting pushed out for various reasons. But this past week I was able to really work on the new shopping cart and get the blog upgraded (there was a new release during this time lol!). And when I upgraded the blog, I realized that my test posts were back on Aug 18th - 3 months ago! OMG! lol! Where have I been during this time…

Well, I am finally getting the new design out there today - Thanksgiving. So hopefully everything will go smooth. I think the store looks awesome if I don’t say so myself. I haven’t used this particular shopping cart before on any of the other scrapbook websites I have been involved with. Fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly. Nothing like launching a new cart on a HOT sales day! lolol! Yes, I am quiet insane. So if you are shopping with us on Black Friday and you run into any problems, please drop me an e-mail so I can take a look at it.

Jeanine and I are excited about getting our new website off the ground. I am probably more excited than Jeanine because it has been sooooo long since I designed and ran a site just for me and I definitely miss it. The last website like that for me was DigiScrapZ and that was over a year ago.

Anyway… we’re not quite sure yet if we are going to use the KV blog for our own blogging or keep our personal blogs separate. There are pros/cons to doing it both ways. But at any rate, if you haven’t clicked that SUBSCRIBE button in the upper right corner what are you waiting for? lol!
